Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

Exclusivewatch.co.uk offers free next day delivery on watches and jewellery for all UK orders. Deliveries outside the UK will be free of charge for orders over £500. For non-UK orders under this value a £15 shipping charge will be added to your order. Delivery times for non-UK orders are 1-5 days from dispatch depending on location.

Subject to availability, all orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same or next working day.

Returns

Any item must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras – including free gifts if applicable within 14 days of receipt.

PPE items, customised or special order items cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults.

If your item is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt, you must notify us by email within 48 hours at customercare@exclusivewatch.co.uk.

Items must be returned with a cover note detailing the reason for the return. It is your responsibility to ensure that your item arrive back with us. We would recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or other reputable courier that offers tracking and insurance. Postage will not be reimbursed unless the item is found to be defective.

Refunds

When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for funds to reach your account.
